The CGD is governed by the Controlled Goods Regulations (CGR), established to safeguard controlled goods and/or controlled technology within Canada, as well as to prevent controlled goods and/or controlled technology from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
EM Dynamics and its subcontract processors and hardware providers are fully compliant with the criteria required by the European Union RoHS directive, as it applies to certain restricted hazardous substances on the products we currently manufacture. Material, finish and processes used in the manufacture of all current products do not exceed the acceptable levels allowed for lead, zinc, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB and PBDE.
For Canada and the U.S., a CSA mark with the indicators "C" and "US" means that the product is certified for both the U.S. and Canadian markets, to the applicable American and Canadian standards. The CSA logo ensures a product has been tested and has met applicable standards for safety and/or performance, including the applicable standards written or administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), National Sanitation Foundation International (NSF), and others.
We guarantee an effective electrostatic discharge standards (ESD) management system in our facility, and have established a well-structured facility control system that satisfies International ESD control management requirements.
